Women are busy, they do not have time nor the inclination to pay monitor to their own needs. Most women are caught up in such a hectic lifestyle that they don’t have time to get healthy. Starting a diary with our relevant information in it will be a great way to measure progress. Putting in actual weight, BMI, what we eat, how much we eat, and energy we are using will give a all-inclusive picture of where we are. From this picture it is easy to set a plan into motion to change it.

A successful diet and exercise program will not require that you weigh yourself on a regular basis. If you are exercising you will be gaining weight in muscle and losing fat. When this happens a scale is not going to tell you which is the good weight and which is the bad weight.

Make a plan to exercise for 30 minutes each day. You don’t have to get dressed up and go to a gym to get exercise.. Start with some simple exercises.. The goal is to work up to thirty minutes a day. This might start with a 15 minute walk to the corner and back each day. Just make a plan to do some kind of exercise for fifteen minutes a day with the goal to be 30 minutes within three weeks.

The body can be addicted to many of the chemicals that are in processed food and refined sugar. Many diets fail because people begin to go through withdrawal when they abruptly stop eating these foods. Begin with snack alternatives. By keeping a log of when you consume you can tell when you aer likley to eat more snacks. Having healthy snack alternatives within reach instead of a candy bar will help to change the habit of eating bad snacks.

Eating 5 meals a day will keep you from getting hungry at any time during the day. Making the two extra meals healthy and cutting down on the portions of the other three meals, you will be on your way to a healthy diet. As you begin to feel better, start switching out the bad foods for healthy alternatives. Once a person is on the way to touching all of the womens fitness bases they quickly begin to feel better in both the body and mind. By beginning a new and healthier lifestyle, many people find that they can make changes easily with no major disruptions to their lives and schedule.
